Customer return rights

Under the provisions of consumer legislation, customers are permitted to change their mind about an internet purchase and receive a no-quibbles refund.

Hence, we will accept unopened products for refund, provided they are returned within 7 days of receipt, along with a written request for a refund either by post or email (info@gourmetraw.com) . Returns postage is paid by the customer.

Products proving to be of substandard quality will naturally attract a full refund or replacement, even outside of the 7 day period. This does not include products that have passed the expiry date whilst in the customers possession, as the food has a prescribed shelf life.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
