Making a Purchase

Making a purchase is very easy. Just browse our store and add any products you wish to buy into the shopping cart. When you have finished with your selections, click the ‘Checkout’ button. You will be required to provide a few details that are needed by us to process your order.


Payment is accepted by credit card, which will be charged in GBP. If you are shopping from overseas your credit card company will convert the sterling into your own currency.


We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard. You can send us your credit card information by phone, fax, snail mail or via the Internet.
When you receive our order confirmation, this is to confirm that we have received your order, not that a contact exists between us. Acceptance of your order is confirmed and a contact exist between us when we send you an invoice. This is to protect us in case we have made a pricing error, which may have been inadvertently under priced, or we are unable to supply a product for any reason. In the case of a pricing change, we will contact you to make sure the price is acceptable.

Shipping times

All items are dispatched same day or next day unless the items ordered are out of stock. All free post is sent 2nd class by Royal Mail, all other orders by 1st class Royal Mail or by Courier.

Most deliveries will need to be signed for. If you are not going to be there please provide an alternate address, such as your work address. You can also add a special instruction to your order if you want to leave your package within the perimeters of your property, with a neighbour or with a work colleague. Under these circumstances we take No responsibility for any loss or damage which may occur.

Our current estimated delivery times are:
UK Mainland – under 3 working days 

Europe – under 5 working days
Outside Europe – under 10 working days 

Shipping Methods

We currently use DHL and Royal Mail to deliver our packages.

Shipping Rates

We are continually looking to lower our delivery costs. As we grow as a business, we will be able to establish better rates from our delivery agents which we will endeavour to pass onto you. We do not intend to make a profit on shipping. We only pass on our true shipping and packing costs. All shipping costs includes VAT.

International Orders

If your country is not listed in the tables above you must order by phone or email internationalorders@gourmetraw.com. We will then quote you the shipping cost.
Back Orders: If your item is out of stock, we will back order for you. We will always send you an email with the option to cancel your order if you don’t want to wait.

Returns Policy

Any unused goods which have been bought in error can be returned to us "as new" within seven days of receipt of your purchase (as per The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000). Please phone us on 01749 343887 first, so we can help you return the item correctly. Postage costs on the returned item will not be refunded. We charge a 10% restocking fee on each item returned. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Privacy Policy

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
